Lease Marketplace Refund Policy

Lease Marketplace’s Refund Policy describes how Lease Marketplace issues refunds to users that qualify for the applicable refunds*

Not all products and services offered on Lease Marketplace’s website qualifies for a refund/return.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund policy, and contact us if you have any questions.

At Lease Marketplace, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction and offer full refunds on applicable products and services. Our refund policy lasts for 75 days. If 75 days have passed since your listing was added on the marketplace, we can not offer you a full refund.

You can apply for a refund if you get less than 4 leads in the duration of 60 days. You can ask for a refund by clicking here.

Lead. Every lead is a message “communication in writing” that a prospective buyer sends you via the contact seller feature on the vehicle listing.

60 Day Duration. The duration starts whenever the listing is live on the marketplace. At times the vehicle listing date and vehicle listing status on marketplace might differ. We will advise you if the duration is not completely met based on the tracking settings in our backend.

Services. As of now, two listing services are covered under the return policy. The Value and Priority+ listing packages.

Once your refund request has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of refund approval. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
